Client content and educational services

You are responsible for course content legality and teaching outcomes. LMS White is the software provider — not the school, teacher or refund desk.
What this means for you
You are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy and rights behind Client Content — videos, PDFs, books, question banks, music, images, trademarks and third-party teaching materials. You warrant that you have the licences, permissions and consents needed.
LMS White is a software provider. We do not become the provider of your courses, teachers, admissions, refunds, educational promises or student outcomes merely because those activities run through the Platform.
Why this separation matters
If a lecture uses copyrighted material without a licence, or a student disputes a refund policy, that is an institutional and content issue — not something a white-label engine can absorb as if it were the school. Marketplaces and copyright law look at who published the content and who sold the course.
Examples
- Uploading a publisher’s PDF without rights → your compliance issue.
- Promising a specific exam rank in marketing → your educational representation, not LMS White’s warranty.
- Chargeback on a course fee → your payment and consumer obligations (see payments guide for store rules).

What LMS White is not: your academic institution, content licensor or guarantee of student results.
