These Website Terms govern your access to and use of the LMS White marketing website at lmswhite.com (including related pages, forms and demo booking). They do not replace the signed Software Licence & Services Agreement that governs purchase and use of the LMS White product.

1. Acceptance

By browsing or using this website, you agree to these Website Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

If you are acting for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.

2. Website vs product licence

This site is for information, evaluation and sales contact. Pricing pages, commercial notes and FAQs are summaries only.

  • Website use is covered by these Website Terms
  • Product licence, deployment, upgrades, maintenance, App Store rules and ownership are governed by your Order Form / Plan Schedule and the signed Software Licence & Services Agreement
  • If a signed commercial document conflicts with these Website Terms, the signed document controls for the product engagement

4. Permitted use of the website

You may use this website to learn about LMS White, request demos, submit enquiries and access publicly available materials. You agree not to:

  • Use the site for unlawful, harmful or fraudulent purposes
  • Attempt to disrupt, scrape abusively, probe or breach site security
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us
  • Copy or reuse site content for competing marketing without our written permission
  • Upload malware or interfere with other users’ access

5. Information on this website

Features, plans, fees, comparisons and commercial notes are provided for general guidance. They may change and are not a binding offer unless confirmed in a signed Order Form or commercial agreement. Illustrative prices exclude GST / applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Third-party costs (for example Google Cloud, Firebase, CDN, Apple/Google developer fees) and App Store approval outcomes are controlled by those vendors and are not guaranteed by website copy.

6. Enquiries, demos and forms

When you submit a contact, booking, help or similar form, you agree to provide accurate details and to let us use that information to respond, as described in our Privacy Policy. Demo or evaluation access, if offered, may be limited in time, features or support and may be withdrawn at our discretion.

7. Intellectual property

The website’s design, text, branding, logos, graphics and software (other than your own materials you submit) belong to LMS White or its licensors. You receive no licence to use LMS White trademarks or materials beyond viewing the site, except where we expressly allow it.

8. Third-party links and services

The website may link to third-party sites or tools (including Apple, Google, payment providers or social platforms). We are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices. Your use of those services is under their own rules.

9. Disclaimers

The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or that marketing descriptions will match every future product configuration.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LMS White is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill or data, arising from your use of this website.

For website-only use (where no paid product contract applies), our total liability relating to the website will not exceed INR 5,000, or any higher amount required by mandatory law. Liability under a paid product engagement is governed by the signed Software Licence & Services Agreement.

13. Governing law
